Privacy Policy
FutureHusband.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
By using FutureHusband.ai, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What data we collect
2.1 Account information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (stored in encrypted form)
2.2 Quiz responses
Our self-assessment quiz collects personal information about your lifestyle, relationships, values, and goals, including:
- Income range and financial situation
- Occupation and career aspirations
- Physical health and lifestyle habits
- Emotional patterns and relationship history
- Social habits and lifestyle preferences
- Spiritual beliefs, personal values, and core beliefs
- Family goals and relationship vision
- Relationship status and recency of past relationships
Some of these categories may constitute sensitive personal data under GDPR. We collect this information only with your explicit consent and only to provide you with the core service: your assessment results, gap analysis, and personalized roadmap.
2.3 Photos
If you use the "Future You" feature, you may upload a photo of yourself. This photo is processed by our AI image generation service to create a projection image. Your photo is used solely for this purpose and is not stored beyond the immediate processing session unless you explicitly save the result.
2.4 Payment information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment card details. The processor's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We receive only a payment confirmation and your transaction reference.
2.5 Open-ended responses (Part D)
After payment, you may complete a set of qualitative questions that inform your personalized roadmap. These responses are stored securely and used only to generate your results.
2.6 Contact messages
If you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use these only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
2.7 Usage data
We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the Service, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited and time spent
- Device type and operating system
This data is used to maintain and improve the Service.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: To deliver the services you have purchased, including your assessment results, gap score, archetype match, and roadmap.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain, improve, and secure the Service, and to communicate with you about your account.
- Explicit consent: To process sensitive personal data included in your quiz responses. You provide this consent when you complete the quiz. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 7).
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Create and manage your account

- Scoring your quiz responses across seven dimensions using an AI model
- Matching your profile to one of five archetypes based on your answers
- Generating a personalized roadmap based on your scores and open-ended responses
Under GDPR Article 22, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you. Where our automated processing produces results that have a meaningful impact on you, you have the right to request human review of those results. To exercise this right, contact us at hi@futurehusband.ai.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:
- Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

- Right to data portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object: Object to our processing of your data based on legitimate interests.
- Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (including sensitive personal data), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to human review: Request human review of any automated decision that significantly affects you (see Section 5).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@futurehusband.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
