Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances.

2. Description of service

Future Husband AI is a self-improvement and relationship readiness platform designed for women. The Service includes:

• A quiz-based relationship readiness assessment that produces a personalized score and gap analysis
• An AI-powered image generation tool that creates a visual representation of a user's described ideal partner ("Future Husband Generator")
• A personalized self-improvement roadmap ("Glow-Up Protocol") based on quiz results
• Supporting features including Red Flag Radar, Location Intelligence, and user profile tracking

The Service is intended as a personal development and self-reflection tool. It is not a dating service, matchmaking service, therapy, or relationship counseling service.

3. Not professional advice

The Service, including all scores, analyses, archetypes, roadmaps, protocols, and other content, is provided for general informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a diagnosis or assessment of any condition. It must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. If you are experiencing distress or are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

4. Account registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@futurehusband.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment & pricing

• One-time purchase: Access to the paid tier of the Service is available for a one-time fee of $49 USD (or the current price displayed at checkout). Pricing is subject to change; changes will not affect completed purchases.
• Subscription features: Certain features may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal conditions will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.
• Additional purchases: Optional in-app purchases (such as additional image generation iterations) may be available at prices displayed within the Service.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge and agree to the applicable payment processor's terms.
• Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout where they apply.

6. Refund policy

The Service is a digital product. Your assessment results, gap score, Glow-Up Protocol, and generated images are delivered to your account within minutes of purchase. Because of this, all purchases are final except as expressly set out in this Section 6.

6.1 Refund window

A refund request must be received in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date, as shown on your payment confirmation. Requests received after that period will be declined.

6.2 When a refund is available

A refund may be granted, at our reasonable determination, only where one of the following applies:

• A technical failure prevented you from accessing or receiving the paid content, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you reported it
• The paid content was materially different from what was described at the point of sale
• You were charged in error, including duplicate charges for the same purchase

To be eligible, your account must not have accessed or used more than 50% of the paid content, and you must have given us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any technical issue before requesting a refund.

6.3 When a refund is not available

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:

• Dissatisfaction with, or a difference in, AI-generated images or other AI Output. AI Output varies by nature and is not a defect
• Dissatisfaction with your assessment score, archetype, or recommendations, or a belief that the results are inaccurate or not what you expected
• A claim that the Glow-Up Protocol, or any part of the Service, did not produce a particular relationship, personal, or other outcome
• A change of mind after you have accessed the paid content
• Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
• Accounts that have accessed or used more than 50% of the paid content
• Additional purchases, such as extra image generation credits, once those credits have been used
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms
• A second refund request from the same customer, or a request on an account that has already received a refund or credit

6.4 Digital content and cancellation rights

By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once your content has been delivered and made available to you, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you may otherwise have to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

6.5 How to request a refund

Email hi@futurehusband.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" within 7 days of purchase. You must include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your order confirmation number or transaction reference
• The reason for your request, with enough detail for us to assess it against Section 6.2

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. We may ask for additional information, and may review account activity as part of our assessment. Our decision, made in good faith, is final.

6.6 Processing of approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, in the original currency, within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Refunds do not include any bank, currency conversion, or processing fees charged by third parties. Following a refund, your access to the paid content will end.

6.7 Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer so that we can resolve your concern directly. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that has been delivered, we may contest it with evidence of delivery and access, suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, and decline future purchases from you.

7. AI-generated content and AI features

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, including systems operated by third parties, to generate images, analyze your responses, produce scores and archetype matches, and create personalized roadmaps (together, "AI Features"). The following terms apply to all AI Features and their outputs ("AI Output").

7.1 Nature of AI output

AI Output is generated automatically and is probabilistic by nature. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or different each time it is generated, even from the same inputs. We do not guarantee that AI Output will match your descriptions, expectations, or preferences, or that it will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose. Variations in AI Output are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a defect in the Service.

7.2 No reliance

AI Output is provided for entertainment, inspiration, and self-reflection only. Scores, archetypes, and recommendations are generated from the information you provide and are not objective measures of your worth, suitability, or prospects. You should not rely on AI Output as the basis for any significant personal, financial, medical, legal, or relationship decision.

7.3 Automated processing

Your results are generated through automated processing. Where applicable law gives you the right to request human review of a decision based solely on automated processing, you may do so as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.4 No real people

Images generated by the Future Husband Generator are fictional and do not depict any real, identifiable person. Any resemblance to an actual person, living or deceased, is entirely coincidental. You agree not to present AI Output as depicting a real person, and not to attempt to generate images that depict or imitate a real individual.

7.5 Rules for AI inputs

You are responsible for everything you submit to the AI Features. You agree not to submit, or attempt to generate, content that:

• Depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful or harmful
• Uses the name, image, or likeness of another person without their permission, or is intended to deceive, defame, impersonate, or harass
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other right of a third party
• Attempts to circumvent safety, moderation, or usage controls, or to extract underlying models, prompts, or system instructions

We may use automated and manual means to review inputs and outputs for safety, abuse prevention, and compliance with these Terms, and may refuse, block, or remove any input or output at our discretion.

7.6 Ownership and license

As between you and us, and subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI Output generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, or use AI Output for commercial purposes without our written consent. Because AI Output may be similar or identical to output generated for other users, we do not guarantee that you will have exclusive rights to it, and we make no representation that AI Output is eligible for copyright or other protection.

7.7 Branded exports

Images exported for sharing may include the Future Husband AI watermark or branding. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure this branding from exported images.

7.8 Third-party AI providers

AI Features are powered in part by third-party AI service providers, which may change from time to time. Content you submit to an AI Feature, including photos and quiz responses, may be transmitted to and processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party models and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior.

7.9 Changes to AI Features

AI Features, models, and the output they produce may be changed, updated, limited, or discontinued at any time. As a result, outputs generated at different times may differ, and we cannot guarantee that a previously generated result can be reproduced.

8. Your content and photos

"Your Content" means the quiz responses, photos, text, and other material you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit Your Content, and to share it with our service providers, solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide the features you request.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Content, that any photo you upload depicts only you, and that Your Content and our use of it as described in these Terms do not violate any law or the rights of any third party. Photos you upload for the "Future You" visualization are used for image generation as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. No guarantee of results

The Service is a self-improvement and reflection tool. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to attracting a romantic partner, entering or improving a relationship, improving readiness scores within any given timeframe, or achieving any particular personal or relationship goal.

Results described in testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not typical. Your results will vary depending on your personal effort, consistency, and circumstances outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, design, graphics, quiz content, protocol frameworks, archetype systems, scoring methodology, software, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Collective Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data, models, or scoring methodology from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or input content that is harmful, abusive, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
• Use the Service or AI Output to build or train a competing product or machine learning model
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any AI Output
• Share your account credentials with any other person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or circumvent any security features, usage limits, or access controls

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at futurehusband.ai/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be collected and used as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

13. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including providers of payment processing, hosting, AI services, and email delivery. These providers may change from time to time. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or practices of third-party providers, or for any interruption or failure of their services.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, have engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 6. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLECTIVE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY AI OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Collective Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, Your Content, your use or distribution of AI Output, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

18. Modifications to the service and terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice, and we will not be liable to you for doing so. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and where required by law we will notify you directly. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State in which Collective Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Where you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws continue to apply to you.

Informal resolution

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hi@futurehusband.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration

If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, on an individual basis. The arbitration may be conducted by video conference, telephone, or written submissions, or, where an in-person hearing is required, in the county and state of our principal place of business. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding, and any dispute may be brought only in an individual capacity.

Exceptions and opt-out

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual property. You may opt out of binding arbitration by emailing hi@futurehusband.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating that you opt out of arbitration.

20. General

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Collective Technologies LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services, internet or utility failures, or acts of government.
• Electronic communications: You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, including by email and by posting on the Service.
